how do I book a class?

to reserve a spot, first register or log in to your account on the website and pay for the class — after that, the booking will automatically appear in your personal account.

can I come without booking?

the number of spots for a comfortable practice is limited, so booking is required.

class pricing

trial class – 250 UAH single visit – 500 UAH 4-class package – 1600 UAH (30 days to start, then 30 more from your first class — handy if you come once a week) membership (studio + online, unlimited) – 2500 UAH/month online pass (online practices only) – 1600 UAH/month for new studio guests — 21 day free: the first 21 days for 1 UAH *events and workshops are paid separately

how can I cancel a class?

in your personal account, anytime before the class starts. if you cancel more than 3 hours ahead — the class returns to your balance. if later — it counts as used, but cancel anyway: the spot frees up for someone else right away.

I am a military service member. is there a discount?

thank you for your service! military personnel get 80% off: a single class in the studio — 100 UAH instead of 500 online pass — 320 UAH instead of 1600 a month membership (studio + online) is not covered. there is no button for it on the site: write to us in direct, we will ask for your account email and a document (a combatant certificate or similar) and set the price by hand.

can I put my subscription on pause?

yes. if you are travelling or unwell, you can pause the subscription yourself in your personal account. you get 21 days of pause per year, at least 5 days at a time. the next charge date moves by exactly the same number of days. the pause is available on the studio + online plan after the first charge.

how do I cancel my subscription?

in the «manage membership» section of your account. before confirming, you will see when your paid access ends and which later bookings are affected. once cancellation succeeds, there will be no future charges; paid access and bookings within it remain. the account result stays valid even if the confirmation email is not delivered.

can I switch to another plan?

yes, either way and at any time, in your personal account. the change takes effect from the next charge: until the end of the month you already paid for everything stays as it was, and the new price and the new format start together.

how do I determine my level and choose a class?

most of our classes are suitable for any level — the instructor will help adapt the practice to your body and condition. don’t worry if you’re just starting — the key is to listen to yourself and move at your own pace.

which classes are suitable for beginners?

we recommend starting with hatha yoga or surya namaskar — these are foundational classes where you can calmly learn the basics. pilates and stretching are also great options to help you feel your body and ease into practice.

can I attend classes every day?

yes, if you feel you have the energy. listen to your body — rest days are also part of the practice!

COMFORT · SPACE

what should I bring to class?

just comfortable workout clothes. the studio provides everything you need for your comfort before, during, and after the practice: mats, blocks, blankets, towels, care products, and water. feel free to use everything!

being late to class

we kindly ask you to arrive in advance — at the beginning of the class we create a shared space through breathing and silence, and being late disrupts this. please come earlier to tune into the practice. in case of significant delay, the administrator may not allow you to join the class.

what if there is an air raid alert?

the class may move to the semi-basement space of the small hall; if it is taken, we suggest waiting out the alert in the cafe space. both count as shelters. if the alert keeps you from reaching the class in time — write to us: we will offer another time and return the class to your balance with no penalty. the three-hour rule does not apply in these cases.
