Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga - practice of slow and deep work with the body. It combines static asanas, breathwork, and mindfulness, developing endurance, flexibility, and control. Through mindful presence in the body, the practice helps calm the mind and restore inner balance.

Hatha Yoga (YWS) - practice with a clear structure of movement and breath. It follows a layered approach, moving from foundational exercises to more challenging asanas and allowing the practice to deepen gradually. Within the YWS system, physical practice becomes a tool for working with consciousness, attention, and one’s inner state.

Deep Hatha Yoga - is a slower and deeper version of classical Hatha. Here, we stay in asanas for longer, bringing more attention to the breath, sensations, and subtle work with the body. It is less about the number of asanas and more about going deeper into each one — and into connection with yourself.

Pranayama & Hatha Yoga - practice of cultivating control over attention through breathwork, transitions between asanas, and mindful movement. Together, these elements create a new habit of being present in the moment, maintaining concentration, gathering and clearing energy, and, most importantly, preserving our vital energy. The practice helps release what is unnecessary and move toward a state of balance and harmony between the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of being.

Surya Namaskar - dynamic sequence of asanas, traditionally known as “Sun Salutation.” The movements are performed in rhythm with the breath, gently warming up the body, activating the muscles, and awakening energy. The practice helps you wake up, feel the rhythm of your body, and tune into the day ahead.
